The Pembrokeshire catch is key to producing our award winning products.
We specialise in only two types of shellfish; Brown Crab and Lobster. Supplying both live, cooked or processed to the consumers needs.
Our shellfish is caught both on the north and south shores of the Pembrokeshire coast. Primarily fished out of St Brides Bay, we can ensure that the catch has travelled the minimum distance from the local fishermen's pots, to our advanced vivier systems.
These tanks enable our product to be available 12 months of the year, regardless of the harsh Pembrokeshire winter weather.
The crab are taken from the tanks, cooked and processed to order, ensuring the freshest produce. We also offer frozen goods, which are quite a popular choice when selling to other wholesalers, along with a few pubs, restaurants, etc. It is important to note that all our frozen products are frozen on the day that they are cooked; only hours after the crab have left the tank, which is key to trapping in the great taste.
Lobster we only supply live or as whole cooked fish.
