'The Processing Unit' - Commercial equipment and stainless steel throughout, all inside a fully fibreglassed purpose built wet room, contribute towards giving our shellfish that  'just caught' quality.

A modern steam pressure cooker is used to make sure that in every batch the quality of the shellfish stays constant

By having the walls and floors covered in fibreglass it allows the production room to be easily cleaned, maintaining our stringent hygene objectives.
